Adding tracks

Overview

You can add songs and albums from Bandcamp, Beatport and other supported platforms using the extension icon. TrackDen extracts everything needed from the page — title, artist, art, price, label — and saves it locally.

Adding a song

To add an individual track to your library:

1. Make sure the TrackDen extension is pinned to your browser toolbar.
2. Navigate to a supported platform (Bandcamp, Beatport) in your browser.
3. Open the song page.
4. The extension icon will become active. Click it — the song’s details appear in a popup.
5. To link the song to a playlist, click Show playlists. Your playlists appear; click any name to link. Linked playlists turn red.
6. Click Add to library. The song lands in your library, linked to the playlists you picked.
7. Click Open dashboard to jump back to TrackDen. Refresh the dashboard and the new song appears in the selected playlist.

Adding an album

To add a whole album (Bandcamp) or release (Beatport):

1. Make sure the TrackDen extension is pinned.
2. Navigate to the album/release page on a supported platform.
3. The extension icon will become active. Click it — the album’s details appear.
4. Click Add album to library. Every track on the album lands in your library.
5. Refresh the dashboard to see them in your selected playlist.

Adding a song from an album

To pick a single song from an album or release rather than the whole thing:

1. Navigate to the album page on Bandcamp or Beatport.
2. Click the TrackDen icon to open the popup.
3. To link to playlists first, click Show playlists and pick the playlists you want.
4. Click the Add button next to the song you want — only that track is added.
5. Refresh the dashboard to confirm.
