Overview
Your dashboard rolls up three lists per supported platform — what you’re about to buy (cart), what you’re saving for later (wishlist on Bandcamp, hold-bin on Beatport), and what you’ve already purchased (collection or purchases). Each list has the same set of actions, with one or two platform-specific extras.
Sync is one-way: tracks flow from the platform into TrackDen. Removing a track inside TrackDen never touches your platform account.
What each list does
- Cart — tracks currently in your shopping cart on a supported platform. Sync them in to see combined totals, restore them later, or trigger checkout.
- Wishlist (Bandcamp) / Hold-bin (Beatport) — items you’re saving for later. The Beatport hold-bin expires after 7 days, so sync regularly to catch tracks before they vanish.
- Collection / Purchases — tracks you’ve already bought. Once synced, they’re stamped as purchased in your library.
Actions
The same three actions appear on every list, on every supported platform.
View on the platform
Click View to open the list (your cart, wishlist or collection) on the source platform in a new tab.
Sync from source
Pulls fresh data from the platform into TrackDen. New tracks land in your library; tracks no longer on the platform are offered for delinking.
- Click Sync from source on the list you want.
- TrackDen loads the platform in the background and fetches your items.
- A progress indicator shows how long the sync will take.
- New tracks are added to your library and tagged with their source list.
You need to be logged into the platform in your browser for sync to work. See the platform sync modal for the full flow.
Clear the list
Click Clear to empty that list on the source platform. This action goes through to the platform — your Bandcamp cart (or wishlist) will actually be emptied.
Cart-only actions
The cart has two extra actions on top of the standard set.
Restore cart
Pushes tracks in TrackDen marked as “in cart” back to your platform cart, in case the cart was emptied or you switched browsers.
Checkout
Sends you to the platform’s checkout page to complete the purchase. The actual transaction happens on the platform.
Collection-only action
Export purchase details
Click Print receipts on your collection to export your purchase history with prices — useful for record-keeping or expense tracking.
Pulling in someone else’s lists
You can sync another person’s publicly available wishlist or collection from a supported platform. Update the platform username in Settings under the Platforms tab, then run Sync from source on the relevant list.
On-page sync buttons
On Beatport, TrackDen also injects a Sync Cart or Sync Hold-Bin button directly into the cart and hold-bin pages. Click it from the platform page and items import straight to your library with full metadata (BPM, key, genre, price).
FAQs
Update the platform username in Settings under the Platforms tab, then run Sync from source on the list.
Sometimes tracks are skipped on a sync. Subsequent syncs only pick up new or changed items, so run the sync a few times to catch any that were missed.
The track couldn’t be matched automatically. Click through to the album page from the notification and add the track manually.
Yes. TrackDen uses the session in your browser to read your cart, wishlist or collection. It doesn’t store your platform credentials.
